                             SYNOPSIS

The President of the United States and the Chief of the CIA disagree about the sale of the country’s top-secret missile tracking system to the Saudis.  Ignoring the CIA's advice, the President authorizes shipment of the system to the Saudis by Bortens Transport, a contracted private air cargo company.
Through a cover organization, code name Amacon, the CIA dispatches their best international hit man to mastermind the plane's crash.  The plane goes down at sea, killing the two-man crew and burying its cargo too far down for recovery.  Dominique, Bortens’ beautiful expert witness, is kidnapped and forced to lie in court, setting off a string of deadly events.
Unwilling to accept the blame, the air cargo company hires Bill Gale, a counter-intelligence expert in business espionage, to investigate the crash.        A master of disguise, Gale infiltrates one government and private office after another to discover who and what is behind the facade of Amacon before he and Dominique become their next victim.  As he moves nearer the truth, he engages the CIA's ultimate killing machine on an international battlefield with consequenses so dire that Bill Gale literally holds the future of the country in his hands.
